When you select a home inspector, I hope you’ll choose carefully. A qualified, professional home inspector will help you to be thoroughly informed and equipped to make a good purchase decision. I believe that I am among the best-qualified inspectors in this area. I have been inspecting homes in this area since 2002 and have performed inspections at hundreds of properties including residential, commercial and multi-unit structures. I have Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees and have been registered in the State of California as a Professional Engineer. I am certified by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and by the North American Associated Inspectors. I typically complete over 100 CEC’s of continuing education each year.
My report is usually 20-30 pages of computer-generated material and generally includes 30-50 digital photographs, helpfully annotated. My report is delivered in a 1 inch, 3-ring binder that includes hundreds of reference pages that describe the findings I report about your home. Also, the binder describes recommended maintenance procedures for your home; it becomes the “Owner’s Manual” for your new residence!
I have been a resident of this area for over 35 years and have owned homes in this area myself; I am well acquainted with the construction and grounds issues that we often see here. I truly enjoy my work and plan to continue inspecting homes for a very long time. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is that of being able to offer a helpful service to my clients.
