I am Certified by the California Real Estate Inspection Association. In addition to Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, I have been registered in the State of California as a professional engineer. My career history has included work for Underwriters Laboratories and other testing laboratories where I evaluated consumer, commercial and industrial appliances for electrical safety and fire resistance. I am committed to continuing education and typically earn at least 100 Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s) per year.
